How do I create an account?
Visit our registration page and fill out the required information. You'll need to verify your email address before you can start using your account.
What's the difference between General Members and Creators?
General Members can create text posts, like, comment, and follow other users. Creators are manually verified accounts that can also upload videos and participate in our monetization program.
How do I verify my email?
After registration, check your email for a verification link. Click the link to activate your account. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact us for help.
How do I apply to become a Creator?
Visit our Creator Application page and submit your application with required documentation. We manually review all applications to ensure authenticity.
What are the requirements for Creator verification?
We require government-issued ID verification, proof of content creation experience, and demonstration of authentic audience engagement. Full requirements are listed on the application page.
How much can I earn as a Creator?
Creators earn 70% of revenue from affiliate link clicks. Earnings depend on your audience size and engagement. We partner with major retailers like Amazon, Target, Walmart, AliExpress, Temu, and Wayfair.
When do I get paid?
Payments are processed on Net 45 terms. You'll receive payment 45 days after the end of each month in which you earned revenue.
What content is allowed on Blogur?
All content must be human-created and original. We allow text posts, images, and videos that comply with our Community Guidelines. No AI-generated content is permitted.
What happens if I post AI-generated content?
Posting AI-generated content is strictly prohibited and will result in content removal and potential account suspension. We use various detection methods to identify AI content.
How do I report inappropriate content?
You can report content by clicking the report button on any post. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
What video formats are supported?
We support MP4, MOV, and AVI formats. Maximum file size is 500MB. Videos are automatically optimized for web playback.
Why can't I upload my video?
Check that your video is under 500MB, in a supported format, and that you have a stable internet connection. If issues persist, try refreshing the page or contact support.
How do I reset my password?
Visit our password reset page and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to create a new password.
How do I update my profile?
Go to your Settings page to update your profile information, avatar, and account preferences.
Can I change my username?
Currently, usernames cannot be changed after account creation. Choose carefully during registration.
How do I delete my account?
Account deletion can be requested through your Settings page or by contacting support. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
