3. User Accounts

Account Types

General Members: Can create profiles, make text posts, like, comment, and follow other users.

Verified Creators: Manually verified accounts that can upload videos and participate in our monetization program.

Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Only create one account per person
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity on your account

4. Content Policies

Human-Only Content

Blogur is exclusively for human-created content. The following is strictly prohibited:

• AI-generated text, images, or videos
• Automated content creation or posting
• Bot accounts or automated interactions
• Content created by AI writing tools or generators

Prohibited Content

• Illegal activities or content
• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech
• Spam or repetitive content
• Sexually explicit or adult content
• Violence or graphic content
• Misinformation or false claims
• Copyright infringement
• Malicious software or security threats

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on Blogur. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on our Platform. You represent that you have the right to post all content you share.

5. Creator Program

Eligibility

To become a Verified Creator, you must:

• Complete our verification process with valid identification
• Demonstrate authentic content creation experience
• Agree to additional Creator terms and conditions
• Maintain active status and comply with all platform policies

Monetization

• Creators earn 70% of affiliate commission revenue
• Payments processed on Net 45 terms
• Minimum payout threshold may apply
• Tax reporting requirements as applicable

Creator Responsibilities

• Disclose affiliate relationships as required by law
• Maintain authentic audience engagement
• Comply with partner retailer terms of service
• Provide accurate tax information for payments

6. User Conduct

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Blogur in a manner that:

• Respects other users and their rights
• Promotes authentic human connections
• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintains the integrity of our community

Prohibited Activities

• Impersonating other individuals or entities
• Attempting to circumvent platform security measures

Service Availability

Blogur is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blogur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
